YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains how Beautiful Bytes LLC, doing business as Vittorio Vittoria, handles information on this website. Our business mailing address is 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
You provide your email address when you request release updates. We associate it with your selected piece, finish, registration time and introductory offer. Earlier forms may also have collected an optional name, country, price response or separate brand-email preference. We do not request payment information on this pre-launch site.
When you tap Love, a random browser identifier and the selected product let us count your preference, keep it selected and undo it. Public totals do not show your identity. Sharing links open a service you choose; that service handles information under its own policy.
If you allow optional analytics, we collect pseudonymous session and event identifiers, page and product interactions, timing, device category, language and campaign/referral references. We use this information to understand interest and improve the website. Our analytics event records do not contain your email address. Consented campaign references may also accompany your waitlist registration.
Our hosting and security providers process technical requests, which can include IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. Information comes from you, your browser and the links you use. We do not request sensitive personal information or use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Email requests and notice at collection
Joining requests emails about the selected piece and its release offer, not a general newsletter. We collect your email, selected product and registration details for that purpose; optional analytics are not required. You can leave the list by emailing [email protected] with the product name, or by using the unsubscribe option in a release email. We honor commercial-email opt-outs within 10 business days.
Your 30% introductory offer does not require analytics, advertising consent or unrelated marketing. Leaving the list or exercising privacy rights does not forfeit the offer. Former waitlist members can contact us at release to request their offer without rejoining; see Terms & offer.
Who receives information
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database and security services. Authorized people working for Beautiful Bytes LLC access information as needed to operate the site, respond to requests and manage releases. Our email service handles correspondence you send us. Service providers process information for these services, not for our sale of customer lists.
We may disclose necessary information to comply with law, protect people and the website, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and any required notice. We do not sell contact lists or currently disclose data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics and planned advertising tools
The current website uses our own optional analytics. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not active on this version. We have not enabled advertising audience uploads or advanced matching of your email.
If we add Google Analytics or Meta advertising tools, we will first update this notice with their actual purposes, data flows and retention settings, and provide appropriate choices. Analytics permission is not advertising permission. Advertising tools can involve sharing under state privacy laws; any future setup must honor applicable consent requirements and opt-outs. No future tool is authorized simply by your acceptance of this policy.
Browser choices and opt-out signals
Optional analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Privacy choices in the footer lets you decline or withdraw permission at any time. Withdrawal stops further optional analytics and removes the active measurement session; it does not automatically erase records already stored on our server. Contact us to request deletion.
We honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off, including when an older preference allowed them. We also turn off optional analytics for a Do Not Track signal set to 1. Necessary hosting, security, your requested waitlist and Love functionality still work. There is currently no advertising sale or sharing to opt out of. See the Cookie policy for browser-storage details.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist information while managing the requested release and offer, or until you ask us to delete it, subject to limited legal, security and suppression needs. We assess retention by the purpose of the record, whether a release is still active, outstanding requests and legal obligations. Analytics and technical records are retained only as needed for measurement, security and troubleshooting; there is no automatic server-deletion schedule configured at present.
We use access controls and hosted infrastructure to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Deleting browser storage alone does not delete server records. A minimal suppression record may be retained to honor an email opt-out.
Your privacy requests
Email [email protected] or write to our mailing address to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, or to object to processing or withdraw consent. Tell us the email and piece involved; do not send identity documents or payment details in the initial request. We may reasonably verify identity before disclosing or changing records.
Depending on your location and applicable law, including California and other U.S. state laws where their coverage requirements are met, you may have additional rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limit specific sensitive-data uses, and appeal a denied request. We will explain any denial and how to appeal by replying with ‘Privacy appeal.’ We do not penalize you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of authority; verification may be required.
We respond within the time limits that apply to your request and tell you if a lawful extension is needed. You can also complain to your state attorney general or privacy regulator. Delaware residents can contact the Delaware Department of Justice; California residents can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Visitors outside the United States
Beautiful Bytes LLC is a U.S. business and information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on your consent for optional analytics and requested release emails, and legitimate interests for necessary site operation, security and responding to correspondence. We use legally required safeguards for international transfers where applicable. You may withdraw consent and complain to your local supervisory authority; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Children
This site is intended for adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Policy changes
We update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or request new consent when required, including before introducing materially different tracking purposes.
